Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of fragrance and attar products, we are unable to accept returns for opened, tested, or used items. Personal fragrance items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted products cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
