1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
- 1–2 business days for in-stock items
We will notify you if there is any delay.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship through:
- India Post
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- BlueDart (where available)
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- South India: 3–5 days
- Rest of India: 4–7 days
- Remote areas: 7–10 days
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your pin code.
5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
If the address is incorrect or customer is unreachable, the order will be marked RTO (Returned to Origin).
Reshipping will require additional shipping fees.
6. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged product:
- Email us within 24 hours
- Attach clear photos + unboxing video
We will replace the product if eligible.
