Is checkout secure?

Yes — all payments are processed over 256-bit encrypted connections via Razorpay and Cashfree. We never see or store your full card number.

Payment failed but amount deducted?

This is usually a temporary hold that reverses automatically within 5–7 business days. If it doesn't, contact us with your order number and payment reference.

Do you offer EMI?

Not currently — our fragrance sizes keep order values accessible without needing EMI.
