Unopened, unused bottles in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned — try a sample vial first if you're unsure.
Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98469 49272 with your order number and reason. We'll arrange pickup where available or share a return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
The Collector's Edition, being individually prepared and numbered to order, is final sale unless received damaged or defective.
