Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Unopened, unused bottles in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned — try a sample vial first if you are unsure.

How to request a return

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98469 49272 with your order number and reason. We will arrange pickup where available or share a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-returnable items

The Collector's Edition, being individually prepared and numbered to order, is final sale unless received damaged or defective.
